Q. How do I pay for Stock on Pixvaults?
A. Stock is purchased using credits.
Q. What does the Term Stock mean?
A. Stock is anything for sale on the website including Images, Audio files, Video files, Vector files

A: First become a Member - Registration is FREE!
Q. How do I pay for the credits?
A. You will be directed to our PayPal secure payment facility.
Q. What if I dont have a PayPal account?
A. You can still make your purchase securely with your credit card on checkout.
Q. What is type of subscription access plans are available at Pixvaults ?
A. Subscription Access plans include
1) 1 day instant access - allows 10 downloads of any Stock items on Pixvaults
2) 1 month instant access- allows 100 downloads of any Stock items on Pixvaults
3) 1 day instant premium access- allows 20 downloads of any Stock items on Pixvaults
4) 1 month instant premium access- allows 200 downloads of any Stock items on Pixvaults
Q. Do I need to be a member or sign up first?
A. Yes. Your membership is free, and takes only a minute to complete.
Q. Why do I need membership?
A. Membership identifies you to us and, most importantly, grants you as a member non-exclusive license to purchase and use our images.
Q. Is my personal information secure?
A. YES. Pixvaults stores your information for billing and ordering purposes only.
Q. Is my personal financial information?
A. Pixvaults does not have access to your financial information. Your details are protected by the security of our PayPal payment facility.
Q. Can I sell stock on Pixvaults?
Y. Yes. Signing up as a buyer allows you to sell your stock on Pixvaults.
Step 1: Sign up
To set up payment gateway - to recieve funds from selling your photos as a member
Step 1: Login with user name and password created by you on sign up
Step 2: Click ' My Profile ' tab
Step 3: Click ' My Commission ' tab
Step 4: Click ' My Settings ' tab and add your paypal email address to recieve funds
How to upload photographs
Step 1: Login with user name and password created by you on sign up
Step 2: Click ' My Upload ' tab
Step 3: Click ' Upload Photo' Button
Step 4: Choose the ' Category ' drop down tab
Step 5: Choose the ' License(s) ' types you want for the photo
Step 6: Click ' I agree '
Step 7: Click Next button
Step 8: Click ' Select Images ' button (orange tab) - to select a photo from your hardrive
Step 9: After it says uploading photo - a thumbnail of the image appears - this means image is ready to upload and is correct
Step 10: Click ' Upload photo ' ( grey button undernearth the image )
Step 11: A message will appear on the screen that says ' Please, wait. The file is uploading... '
Step 12: When the photo has been uploaded you will be returned to the website to ' My Publications ' page
Step 13: You can edit or delete your uploaded images on / My Publications / page
Q. Will my stock go on sale straight away?
A. No. Pixvaults will look at your content before accepting them for sale on our site.
Q. What payment will Pixvaults receive for selling my images?
A. Pixvaults receives a percentage of your sales
- Bronze = 35% fee paid to Pixvaults
- Silver = 30% fee paid to Pixvaults
- Gold = 25% fee paid to Pixvaults
Q. How do I know what my account is?
A. Any new members who are selling start at Bronze status.
Q. How do I place images in my Lightbox?
A. When you are logged in, as you are viewing photos there is a link to the right side of the photo to add the photo to your lightbox. Images will remain in your Lightbox until you remove them.
